Occupational Therapy

People who need assistance with their daily activities, such as personal care and domestic tasks, can receive occupational therapy services to assist them in remaining in their homes.

About Occupational Therapy

An occupational therapist can help you become more independent and improve your quality of life. You can have an occupational therapist assess your home and community environment for safety issues and possible falls hazards.

There are several strategies they can recommend to make tasks easier and safer for you, including:

  • Installing grab rails in the home and other modifications
  • Introducing aids and equipment
  • Providing suggestions for how tasks can be performed differently

As well as providing Occupational Therapy services, we can also connect you with other services if needed. A wide range of health services are offered by BHN.

BHN, a leading provider of health and wellbeing services, ensures a coordinated and multidisciplinary approach to best meet your needs. We have a highly experienced and qualified staff.
