The Tai Chi martial art uses relaxed, gentle movements. There are varieties of disorders that can be treated with it, including anxiety, diabetes, arthritis, fatigue, and heart disease. In addition to improving mobility, flexibility, strength, balance and posture, Tai Chi has been shown to help prevent falls as well.

We gradually teach our participants twelve basic movements during our weekly Tai Chi classes. Designed for safety, comfort, and ease of learning, the program lets participants work at their own pace.
