Cheltenham is one of our disability service locations offering specialised care, activities and a support coordinator for adults with a disability. Your wellbeing is our number one priority. We work with you to ensure that you’re receiving the service you require to live an independent, happier and healthier life.
We work with our community and other organisations to improve the programs and services we provide to each individual. Our collaboration process means that our programs have the best outcome for everyone, improving quality of life, wellbeing and future support.

Hours of Service
We aim to provide disability services 7 days a week, 7am – 10pm. Please speak to us about your needs and our support coordinator will ensure you understand your NDIS plan and connect you with the services you require to help you.

Free on-site parking is available, and the building is equipped with wheelchair access.
