BHN Client Experience Survey

At Better Health Network (BHN), we are committed to providing our clients with the best possible experience and continually improving to meet their needs.

To help us understand what matters most, we are inviting our valued clients to participate in our Client Experience Survey.

This anonymous survey is designed to gather feedback on various aspects of the client journey with BHN and help us identify areas for improvement to enhance clients’ experience with us.

Key Points About the Survey:

  • Purpose: To gain insights into the client experience with BHN and gather suggestions for improvement.
  • Duration: The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
  • Confidentiality: Your responses will be anonymous, kept confidential and will only be used for the purpose of improving our services.
